Friendly people, half decent food, great location
I stopped by here recently while walking the dog since it’s right in the park and has a really nice, relaxing vibe. It’s a great spot for people-watching and the scenery is nice, especially on a sunny day. The menu is pretty interesting, they do a lot of Israeli-style food. I’ve heard the shakshuka is the go-to, and they have some solid vegan options if that's your thing. That being said, it’s not perfect. I found it a bit pricey:. I paid nearly £4 for a small coffee, and the sandwiches are around £8. It’s a decent place for a casual coffee or a quick snack if you’re already in the park and want to enjoy the view. Just don’t expect a bargain, and maybe check the most recent reviews before you go to see if the service has improved!
